Enquiries and appointments

Submitting a form, using chat or requesting an estimate does not itself create a confirmed booking or a contract for work. Appointment availability, property coverage and the required service need to be confirmed directly with the business.

Published working hours are Monday to Saturday, 7am – 6pm (closed Sundays). The site does not guarantee a particular response time or appointment window. Do not use the form for an immediate gas emergency; call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 for a suspected gas leak.

Estimates and the scope of work
