Necessary preference storage

We store your choice in this browser using local storage named r1-cookie-choice-v1. It records whether you accepted or rejected optional technologies and an expiry date, for 180 days. This is used only to remember your preference, not to track or advertise to you. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice lasts for the current visit.

Optional external services

ScaleSuite provides the enquiry form, LeadConnector provides chat, and Google provides maps. These services receive technical information when loaded and may use cookies or similar storage for their features. We do not load these embeds or the chat loader automatically unless you accept optional technologies. You may instead choose to load a specific form, map or chat; this permits only that service for that visit, not every optional service.

Third-party storage names and lifetimes depend on the provider and configuration; we do not set or control them. Google’s privacy information is at policies.google.com/privacy. For ScaleSuite and LeadConnector information, or questions about the settings used for your enquiry, contact us. This policy does not claim that these providers use only necessary cookies.

Your choices

Accept optional allows the external services to load. Reject optional keeps them unloaded unless you subsequently choose to load a specific feature. Both choices are offered equally. Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to change your preference; rejecting after use reloads the page to stop these services running. You can still call or email us without loading the form or chat.

Withdrawal stops future loading but cannot undo information already sent. Third-party cookies already set may remain until they expire; you can delete them through your browser settings. Browser controls also allow you to block cookies and clear website storage.

Enquiries and privacy

Cookie permission is separate from submitting an enquiry or agreeing to marketing. Read any wording in the form before selecting its options. Our privacy policy explains enquiry information and your data protection rights. This notice was updated on 28 October 2026.
